What an unexpected experience! The warmth of the staff made up for the slightly soft bed that took time to adjust to. I loved the convenience of having breakfast daily, but the room cleanliness left something to be desired. Definitely a mixed bag that I'd consider again with lower expectations.

The lack of cleanliness was disappointing, with dust on the fan and a messy under the bed. The rude owners added to the negative experience, making the stay frustrating overall.

easy access to parks and local attractions for city strolls

i really enjoyed my stay with easy access to pioneer park and the beautiful georgeson botanical garden, both perfect spots for leisurely walks and enjoying nature right in the heart of the city. The heated floors in my queen studio made my accommodation cozy and inviting after a long day of exploring. however, the check-in process was a bit confusing as it required walking to a different building for breakfast each day.
