I wasn’t ready for this!
What an unexpected experience! The warmth of the staff made up for the slightly soft bed that took time to adjust to. I loved the convenience of having breakfast daily, but the room cleanliness left something to be desired. Definitely a mixed bag that I'd consider again with lower expectations.

The lack of cleanliness was disappointing, with dust on the fan and a messy under the bed. The rude owners added to the negative experience, making the stay frustrating overall.

great room but some accessibility challenges
The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space to unwind. The staff's friendliness made me feel welcomed, and their eagerness to assist enhanced my experience. I especially appreciated the eclectic style of the decor, which added character to my stay. I found the gardens tranquil and a lovely spot to relax, creating a memorable atmosphere.
I noticed that improving accessibility for seniors would be a thoughtful upgrade.

easy access to parks and local attractions for city strolls
i really enjoyed my stay with easy access to pioneer park and the beautiful georgeson botanical garden, both perfect spots for leisurely walks and enjoying nature right in the heart of the city. The heated floors in my queen studio made my accommodation cozy and inviting after a long day of exploring. however, the check-in process was a bit confusing as it required walking to a different building for breakfast each day.

During my stay, I appreciated the full kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals, especially since I traveled with family. The quiet residential area allowed for a restful night. Access to breakfast nearby offered a good start to our days. Being from Italy, this experience felt like a nice blend of home and adventure.
The furnishings could use updating and the noise from nearby activities was noticeable.
